Tim has a wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of golf course construction. He has been a part of projects at every course he has worked at, ranging from new putting surfaces to a full-scale renovation. He also has direct experience in infrastructure and building improvements to the areas around the course. Highlighted below are a few key projects.

 

 

MAJOR COURSE RENOVATION - NAPERVILLE COUNTRY CLUB

Tim directly oversaw the entire renovation project that entailed rerouting of the course, expanded driving range, all new green and tee complexes, bunker renovations, lake expansions, cart path installations, and new building construction. The project received numerous awards for the renovation project including honors by Golf Digest, Golf Inc. Magazine, Golf Course Industry Magazine, Board Room Magazine, and The American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois.

 

 

INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION

During the renovation of the golf course, additional construction was underway to some of the clubs infrastructure along with a new state-of-the-art maintenance facility. Tim worked with contractors to make improvements to the halfway house, the pump house, a new stone bridge, and the new maintenance facility.

 

 

BUNKER, PRACTICE AREA, & WATER RENOVATION

During his tenure at Lock Lloyd, Tim was an integral part of many projects and renovations to the course in preparation for hosting the annual Senior PGA Tour event held there. A few highlighted projects include a bunker renovation, a new practice facility, and several water features being augmented.
